Does Fitbit have a application to use for emergency. Ie, I’ve fallen and can’t get up. This will then call a specific number or the police/fire dept for assistance.

Hello @Speat and welcome to the Help forums.  On the surface, that seems like a great idea.  But a Fitbit doesn't have any way to dial a phone.  The Versa 2 has a microphone, but it only works with Alexa.

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.

This is a great idea. My job involves traveling to various dangerous places around the world; I am a wildlife preservation activist, and having such an option on my Fitbit that I can call for airambulance1.com, for example, would give me a lot more confidence before leaving for a god forgotten place in Africa far away from civilization. However, I guess the main setback here would be that such an option would require access to your private data, and that is why they didn't introduce it.
