While installing an application, the installation failed and now the application appears on the Versa (it fails to open) and on the smartphone it does not allow me to uninstall because it appears as not yet installed. In summary I can neither uninstall nor install it but if it appears on the Versa as wrong installed.

Thats a pain. If you do a factory reset it will clear it, but you do have to set up again afterwards. Factory reset is in the setting app on the watch and scroll down to About.
