Boy oh boy where do i even start.. So this is my first Fitbit product and after some browsing Versa seemed like a good options to go with, went out and bought it.
One month later the screen starts flickering and tried to troubleshoot it for days to no avail, finally got in touch with Fitbit support and they sent me a replacement within a week. I thought it was water damage.
Now, the 2nd Versa I got while setting it up while on my office desk literally less than 30 minutes of use and bam, the screen flickers AGAIN(which led me to believe the first one water wasn't the problem it was purely a manufacturing error). Emailed support again and they shipped me ANOTHER replacement..
Fast forward to last week the "third" Versa I got was working fine until the firmware update came out and my watch just wouldn't sync or update anymore whatsoever.
I literally tried every single troubleshooting method here on the forums even the most unlikely ones (factory reset, remove from app, remove app, remove from bluetooth device, try update on wifi only, use 2.4ghz routers) literally everything. Nothing worked.
So now I'm sitting here contemplating whether to throw my versa in the trash or not.. I have never EVER in my whole 27 years on this planet have encountered such a badly and horribly manufactured device.. I would literally go out of my way to tell every single person to not touch a fitbit product ever again based on my experience with them.
3 Versa's later and still I can't even make use of the 150$ dollars I spent on this garbage product for more than two months without running into a non fixable issue that requires a replacement. It really blows my mind.

Did they ship you refurbished unit or new? They told me that they have no stock to replace right now and I need to wait 2-3 weeks. On top of that mine is international delivery so that's about another 1-2 weeks to ETA. So I replied and said that will be 1 month plus of warranty gone and I asked them why it's stated as end of life in the order confirmation. They got defensive and told me if I'm not happy I can contact my local retailer instead and no answer on the EOL notice. Seriously there's so many issues with Versa which they can't even solve. I'm so ready to give up on Fitbit. I've had Alta for years and it's fabulous but Versa is a joke.

I am not sure whether it is new or refurbished, but Fitbit is by far the worst product. Never. Again.

I am also having issues with updating and did the whole restart, factory rest,and I am stuck with a fitbit icon on my watch and it will do nothing! I had a Charge HR before this and the same thing happened. I had 5 replacements and it was fine until the band broke and those first models were made without the option of replacing.
My daughter and I bought our Versa the first week it came out and hers is working great and mine isnt. I am super frustrated!
