Why is this now available on only some Charge 3 and Versas?

It must be due to your profile picture 😂

I had the Oxygen Variation chart with my new Fitbit present and thought it was standard. It indicated a problem I knew nothing about and it may have saved my life, thank you very much. I am now under investigation for a lung condition that the chart revealed. Shockingly, the chart has now been taken away without a by your leave and I need it to monitor this condition. Can I have it back please? Someone........??

Hi @MillieS
Some Users reported here, that they get back the EOV graph by just restarting the App (or rebooting the Phone). On Android, you may try this: Choose Settings, then Apps, then find the Fitbit App, finally, choose "Force Stop".
Good luck!

@SunsetRunner if people will tolerate, why are people upset when they expected date has passed. Then again when Microsoft was a year late in releasing Windows 95, that is true, nobody complained.
@SunsetRunner as mentioned the feature is being or is going to be randomly rolled out. Fitbit is known to do this so they can monitor and check for any adverse issues before everyone receives the update. We already had one update revoked within days of the first rollout.

Hi @melthecat
As you suggested, I turned all my devices off, including the lights, the cooker and the telly, then when I turned everything on again, Lo, the Angels of the EOV returned my graph to me. I can’t thank you enough @melthecat. Thank you to everyone who took the trouble to answer.
ps looks like my lungs are worse so I’ll start chasing up test results - Fitbit, take note that this is important data and stop messing about.

None of this is official, as I have nothing to do with Fitbit, but to sum up what I have found from looking at the Fitbit chart, the raw data, and comparing both with the results from a Garmin Vivosmart 4 and two dedicated pulse-oximeters:
* First, I would not rely on the data from either the Fitbit or the Garmin if you think you have a real medical issue. They are both quite a bit different from each other and from the dedicated pulse-ox devices (I tried both the "gold standard" fingertip models and "ring-style" models).
* Even if you don't see the chart, you can with some work make it yourself. You need to export your Fitbit Data archive (which you can do once per day) from Settings->Data Export on the website. The raw data is there. If you add 1/10th of each data value to 95 and then smooth the data with a moving average of 8-10, you will get a chart that (at least in my case) is essentially identical to the one you'd see if it was showing up in your app. So, not simple, and doesn't excuse that Fitbit still hasn't made this available to everyone, but it is possible if you know how to use Excel or some similar tool.
* That said, I don't find the chart to be particularly valuable compared to using a better device. That is also true of my Garmin data (although for different reasons), FWIW. I think if your Fitbit has a lot of large variations, you should dig further, but it also often doesn't report much in the way of variation when perhaps it should.

Hi @DC. - thank you so much for this information. It’s a bit more complicated than turning it off and on again, especially as I didn’t get Maths but I will copy it and keep it safe for next time. I think this community is more fun and useful than the Fitbit!

I was wondering, my wife has the sleep oxygen thing on her fitbit and i dont on mine, we got them at the same time, however hers has now started to lose the image on the screen, (She can only now literally see the bottom sixth if that) we have tried all the resets etc and this is the only thing different with our charge 3 devices, i have emailed CS support but just wondering if this is the cause because its using a different senser on the back.

Interestingly, there are more and higher negative values in the Oxygen CSV Files. When I take a Start value of 2000 and add all values for one night (~7 hours), I end up on a End value of 300 or even lower. But my breathing quality at night is good, I tested it using a Clip. And the Honor Band 5 (another tracker I use) always reports 100 Points (on a scale from 70/poor to 100/good).
I also checked if it is possible to create my own App/Script to review the Data on a daily Basis using Fitbit's WebAPI. However, the Spo2 data seems not to be available:

What a pity...

Upgraded 2 blaze fitbits to the Versa 2 and the Charge 3 for the SPo2. Don’t get the graph on either one of the Apple phones. All software updated no graph under sleep when we scroll down. If I knew this was not available to everyone I would not have upgraded these 2 fitbits as these fitbits do not offer anything that I don’t use on the blaze.
