I got my charge 3 as an Xmas present and the EOV suddenly appeared one day and then it disappeared a few weeks later until I rebooted all my devices and it came back. I dunno anything else 🤷:female_sign:

Hi everyone, fitbit support has referred me to this thread. May I know if the latest update to get this feature is still "sometime" in 2020, @LanuzaFitbit and others?
I heard this feature has been rolled out to some users, however, it was also recently revoked. Was there some technical or compliance issue of this feature?
How can I enrol in this beta testing?
Basically, is there any official announcement from fitbit regarding this?

I STILL don't have this feature. So I need to hard reset my device?

I got this page from fitbit support, which is last updated Jan 31. The page assumes the features has been rolled out to everyone by now. (But it doesn't look like so...)

Just to clarify, it's possible to see the red LED but still don't have an EOV graph.

The EOV graph does not show specific oxygen levels in the blood. The orange indicates high variability i.e. that the oxygen levels show large changes. "Healthy" blood oxygen levels are between 95% to 100%(of maximum capacity). High variability indicates that there is a medical problem e.g. sleep apnea from breathing problems, etc. Fitbit is very proprietary about your personal data. It does not permit you to access all of it even though you own the device. Perhaps this is used to motivate users to pay for services such as Premium.
