Why is this now available on only some Charge 3 and Versas?

Dunno Yrfrenjen how this is possible but if you flip back through the thread you will see many posts saying that you need to reboot big time then sleep on it and the Angel of the EVO may let you have it back in the morning if your really very very good.  Good luck

Hello @Yrfrenjen

Fitbit is still having troubles on this. The EOV Chart is disappearing suddenly!

Just restart the Fitbit App on your Smartphone, reboot if that won't help. Many users report that this will bring back the EOV Chart.

Finally got my EOV today after rebooting my phone! As suspected, my chart has very little variation. I knew this because I borrowed my wife's Charge 3 that has the graph.

Davey, by naps do you mean an hour or so in the afternooon?  If so, there is some minimum time that you have to spend in the napping state for the system to register that you are asleep.  Or so my wife tells me.

Dear Skirby. I have it working. Select your device in your Fitbit app. Select your device in question - in my case Versa2. Then scroll down until you find, Always connected and check this box. Lo and behold its working. Pass the word!! Just think - one simple option i wish to thank all you wonderful ppl for being the best help ever. If i had offended any of you I'm genuinely sorry. Do we know if this works on Charge 2? The feature is on my app but no info shows up on the graph.

If I have the graph, but its always been blank, does that mean its just not available to me yet, or its not working?

@Tlewis930I've got a blank graph for a day. The next day, I started to see data. Hopefully you will start seeing your graph tomorrow.

If the 2 has no sensor, why is the feature displayed on my app? It's like having an altimeter on my car.
