Why is this now available on only some Charge 3 and Versas?

Thanks for answering.

I had it for a few days, and it suddenly disappeared. Now the frame is blank. I tried to reinstall the App twice, with total data clearing, but with no positive effect. The graph still doesn't show any data lines 😔.

I'm a Charge 3 user, on Galaxy S10, as my wife. And everything works well with her devices...

I synced the charge 3 first to my phone.  Then I went to the settings on my charge3 and cleared all data. Then I had to pair again to my phone and that night it worked well. Let me know if this works

I had to reset my device for it to work.

Go to settings on your device, uncheck the heartrate on to heart rate off. Sync device. Go back to settings, turn on heartrate again. Put device into charger. Press and hold for about 8 seconds while it is in the charger, it'll reboot, and when it's done, a 🙂 should show up for a moment.

Take it out of  charger (cradle, whatever you want to call it)

Sync again with app. It showed up the next day when I synced my device again after sleeping.

This worked for my charge 3.

(I hope this made sense)

It was mildly annoying, but hey, i have lots of time right now.

🙄🥴😁

So ... this graph is no longer available with the Charge 4, then?

I had data on this graph with my Charge 3 until I swapped to the new Charge 4 - now it's blank.

Please call Fitbit support. However I don’t have a charge 4 but feel if you sync your Fitbit to the phone then go to settings and clear your data, then unpair and set it up again like a new phone it should work. Just a suggestion.

Does the Charge 4 have a spo2 sensor?

It's supposed to. According to the release announcements and all articles, it's supposed to be exactly the same as the Charge 3, just with on-board GPS, FitBit Pay, and a few other internal features. Externally, it's supposed to be the same.

Yes. You are right. However try what I said. It may work. Turn off Bluetooth. In settings clear the data. Then unpair. Then proceed like adding a device it may work.

I read through the specs and unlike with previous watches it said nothing
about an SPO2 sensor.
