Why is this now available on only some Charge 3 and Versas?

I had to remove the heartbeat and reboot my watch in its cradle. I left instructions how to do it for my charge 3. Not sure if it's the same for the other watches. It didn't look like it worked, until I woke up, and there it was on the sleep potion of the app.
Hope it works for you. 🤗

why did my estimated oxygen variation graph disappear about 4 days ago???

Try syncing. Then in settings go to about. Then clear the data. Then pair with your phone again. Hopefully that should take care of your problems

Sorry if you get this twice. Does erasing data mean all my steps/workouts/running history will be gone?

The only reference in "about" on my ionic says :factory reset (clears all personal data and apps).

you must first sync it to your phone to backup all the data before you do it.

I replied to the earlier post if you sync it to your phone that will backup all data on the phone. Thereafter you can try.  You can also call their customer service for help.

I  have the same issue.  O2 levels were shown for sleep until a couple of weeks ago.   Now there is the chart background but no chart.   I do not see About under the settings on the App, so am not sure how to clear data.

Sorry. I’m not sure why you can’t see it. Maybe if you restart the Fitbit while in charging cable, then see whether you get about. It is way down in settings and tend to get missed

It is possible that the O2 hasn't been continuously read.

I was able to partially resolve the issue. First, it was not clear it
the earlier posts on how to resolve the pO2 issue that the clear data step
in settings was to be performed on the Charge 3 device itself and not
within the phone App. For the past 2 days I am now able to see the pO2
chart.

I say partially successful because, despite doing the sync step first, I
am still unable to see the data for the several days that had blank charts
before I performed the fix. A minor issue, but worth mentioning.

Does anyone have an explanation for why this loss of pO2 chart
functionality happened in the first place?

How did you clear the data in the device itself and not the app please?

First sync your Fitbit to your phone. Then look for settings on your Fitbit.  In the settings go down until you see About. Press that and you should get clear data.

Per the prior post, for the Charge 3:

1) sync device with the App
2) on the Charge 3, swipe left 3 times. You should see Settings on the
bottom half of the screen. Tap Settings once
3) Swipe up until you get to the last entry on the list, which is About.
Tap About one time
4) Scroll down and look for the Clear User Data entry. On my device it is
the third entry down the list. Tap Clear User Data. Follow the
directions. I would add the last steps but do not want to clear my device
again. As I recall, it's pretty self explanatory from this point on.

Hello everyone.

Thanks for continue reporting the issues you experience with your EOV graph and also for every single step you've done already. I apologize that this issue continues affecting your stats.

I'm glad to hear some of you are already back on track after following the recommendations provided here or after contacting our Support Team

Besides that, I must say that I really appreciate all of you are helping each other. However, one thing I'd like to advise you, is to please try avoiding multi-posting, this refers to consecutively in the same thread, which can make conversations less readable for others. If you wish to add something to an existing post, you can click the three dots at the top right of your post to edit it. You can also mention users directly by using the @ sign and typing their usernames. Please keep this in mind to prevent further violations in the future.

If your EOV graphs remains consistently blank (3+ days) but Sleep Stages were recorded, I'll ask you to perform a Factory Reset. However, prior to do it will be necessary to sync your Fitbit devices to make sure all your data be properly transferred.

Once you've done that, please go to your Fitbit's Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.

Give this a go and let me know if the issue persists.

@sutherlandws  Thanks for the detailed instructions.  Great find on going to the tracking device itself!  I was nervous about clearing data and saw "reboot device" just under "clear data" and tried that. Figured if that didn't bring back the EOV graph, I'd clear data next.  Guess what?  EOV is back!
