Everytime I charge it it stops syncing

This is ridiculous.  My fitbit constantly stops syncing after it has been charged.  It won't sync for days and then miraculously works one day.  I have followed all of the instructions on the boards here, and every time I charge it it stops syncing.  Seeing that this has been happening to a lot of people I truly feel like this item has become a scam.  I see more complaints about the versa than I do any other fitbit.  I'm very disappointed as I spent hundreds of dollars on this item.  Will someone please explain to me why when I charge the fitbit it stops syncing?!

There have been more Versas sold than any other fitbit - therefore more problems. But I know that doesnt make your problem any easier to deal with!

What phone are you using? It sounds like a compatability issue to me.

@raybeam76@NellyG is right. Could you please share with us your phone model, operating system as well as Fitbit firmware and Fitbit mobile app versions?

Agree to this... can't be wasting 30 mins to factory reset everytime

@raybeam76 did you manage to resolve this issue? @Smansukhani another thing that comes to my mind is removing WIFI from Fitbit mobile app. Try doing that, sync your Versa and see if it helps.
