I go through step-by-step troubleshooting multiple times a day but ultimately my Versa stops receiving notifications from my iPhone XR. Fitbit won't honor their manufacturer's warranty because it's a firmware issue. Other than turning bluetooth off/on, resetting my Versa, updating the app, ensuring notifications are on EVERY DAY, any other ideas welcome since Fitbit won't consider replacing my device.

@c_degs i find that what helps me the most is forgetting Versa in my bluetooth Settings, rebooting both devices, and toggling Notifications OFF/ON (both notifications for Fitbit app in the phones settings as well as Versas Notifications in the Fitbit mobile app).

So that solution, this step-by-step troubleshooting only works temporarily. By mid-day, I was no longer receiving notifications. This is maddening.

@c_degs I'm pretty sure you have already tried that but perhaps unpair from Bluetooth and reinstall the all along with rebooting both devices. This really seems related to the last two iOS update as i do not experience this issue on my iOS (that I did not update). At this point, Fitbit needs to iron out these bugs and all we can do is wait for an update. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
