Exercise Shortcut Master List Missing Swim

PROBLEM: Swim was available in the Exercise Shortcuts until Fitbit updated my device to Version 70.7.14. I restarted the device but the problem still exists.

DETAILS: On my Versa Lite, under Exercise Shortcuts, swim is missing from the master list accessed by the feature + Exercise Shortcut. (Yes, I have less than 7 preferences and Swim is not in my preference list either.)

Did you try just adding it back?

Can I reorder the exercise shortcuts on my Fitbit device?

Until you reorder, you can always tap the More at the bottom of the list.

Yes I tried that. When I select More, swim is not listed.

As an update, Customer Service told me swim was intentionally removed in the recent software update of the Versa 2 and Lite. 😭

But then why, with me having the latest OS, I still have swim?
