I'm very disappointed with the Fitbit Versa ... I received mine on the 9th of May.

 

It bombs out while tracking on the exercise app

It says it's connected to my Strava but never loads my runs to Strava ... I tried manually uploading the Fitbit Activity files to Strava but it tells me the files are empty.

 

It feels like I spent a lot of money on something that is only causing me frustration.

I will be glad to help you out with the issues you are having with your Versa:

 

  • Exercise: If your tracker isn't recording your complete session of workout, I recommend verifying that it isn't touching your clothes, since it might cause the exercise to stop. You can also try to restart your watch.
  • Strava: If your Fitbit account isn't syncing with your Strava account, follow the instructions provided in this post.
