Exercise app not working-Versa

Very recently my Veras has started logging itself out of an excercise im doing and locking the screen. Then tonight I did 45 mins of weights, forgot to turn it off until I got home but the workout is nowhere to be found. My Fitbit app shows 2 seconds of workout. For an expensive watch it’s really starting to annoy me.

Have you restarted your Versa several times? If not, give it a go. If the problem persists, come back.

Restart your tracker
