Exercise app will not open. I have restarted my watch a few times, with no change.

Hi @Thebusterfive, welcome to the community.
Seeing as you've already tried restarting the device without success, I think the only option left is a factory reset. Unfortunately the exercise app is a system app and cannot be uninstalled independently, so we can't simply try reinstalling it to see if that fixes things.
If you decide to perform a factory reset, I would recommend first syncing your Versa 2 so that you don't lose any unsynced health data. Also it's recommended to remove your device from your account before executing the reset.
Obviously this is quite an extreme option, so I would first recommend trying to exhaust all other troubleshooting steps before reaching this one.
