Hi,
It was working fine all week and I've ticked all the right boxes on the settings menu but my exercise stats are not showing up today at all. All other stats are fine.
I've changed watch face back to Fitbit official one and reset by pressing left and lower right button until the Fitbit logo blinks on again 4 times already.
Can someone please help? I've only had it a week and I really love the watch. So sad this is happening. Stats are showing up fine on app, just not appearing on watch screen when I swipe up from bottom along with other stats anymore 😞

Hi @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for your love towards your Versa and I'm sorry that your exercise details showing up. You did an amazing job with the troubleshooting steps and I'll help you out with this matter. Since you've checked the Today app settings, I'd recommend to try reconnecting your watch to your account:
Once that is done, on the clock face swipe up and open the Today app. Scroll down, tap on Settings and try adding Exercise one more time.
Let me know how it goes.

I too am having the same problem - every other stat will appear in the Today App apart from exercise and I have followed the below instructions. This literally only happened today?

Hi @Sparksy77. Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry for the delay.
Thanks for joining this thread and sharing that your watch is having the same behavior. Just to confirm, by any chance do you see a check mark next to Exercise when swiping up to open the Today app, scroll down and tap on Settings? Also, since you mentioned to have tried some steps, do you refer to the ones from my post? If not, I'd recommend to give them a try and keep me posted with the outcome.

Hi, sorry for the late reply! My screen just turned black today and it won't turn on even after going through all the reset button presses. I've only had mine since mid April 😞

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, my Versa just went to black screen for no reason tonight. I just charged it to 98% full this morning. Seems like no matter how long or what buttons are pressed, it's refusing to come back to life (T_T) I'm in Thailand - is there any international helpline?

Hi @Sparksy77 and @SunsetRunner. I'm glad to see you here again.
@Sparksy77, thanks for getting back. This was odd but I'm glad that your Versa is now showing the Exercise stat. I hope you can continue enjoying the Fitbit experience.
@SunsetRunner, thanks for sharing that your Versa screen isn't working, as well for restarting it. Just to confirm, do you see a green light on the back of your watch? If not, I'd recommend to try the troubleshooting tips described in this help article.
Let me know how it goes.

The heart rate sensor at the back has also turned off and isn't working, no blinking red-green lights. The watch also won't charge. Since it's been less than a year, I'm still covered by warranty so will hopefully get a new one soon.

Hi @Sparksy77
I've noticed that it seems to happen just before midnight every Sunday and after a few syncs on Monday morning, it'll show up again. It's very slow to since the stats onto the watch and takes several times to link up. Hope this helps!
Mine just died - total blackout. Hopefully getting a replacement from Fitbit soon as still under warranty and I did get quite attached to it.

Hi @LizzyFitbit, thank you for your continued support.
Yes, I've tried all the steps in Fitbit community and screen was still completely black.
I took my watch to the dealer and they also tried the trouble shooting steps for reset and batteries mentioned here. There was still no response so they are sending it to headquarters and I should get a replacement or fixed watch soon. Date of purchase was 20/02/2020 so still very much under warranty period.

Exercise and sleep stats are not updating on my versa lite watch in the "today" section. I believe the stats are accurate and up to date in the app. I've tried resetting the watch as well as disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth.
I've not yet had the watch a week yet but have been enjoying it until this issue. There was an update yesterday evening and I've read updates may cause this issue?

Stats have since updated! Looks like there may have just been a delay.

Hi! So a couple months ago, my versa stopped working. Luckily, I was still under warranty and Fitbit sent me a replacement. But yesterday, I was trying to set it up and on this new one, I don't have all the choices I should for my today stats.
When I go to settings to try to add my sleep, water, period tracking, etc to my "swipe up" apps, they aren't there. When I swipe up in my watch, I only have steps, hourly steps, and HR. And I can't add more, those are my only options.
I have all my previous choices selected in discover--health and wellness on the Fitbit app. So why won't they show up on my watch?
I'm on an Android phone, if that matters.

Hi @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for letting me know that you received a replacement watch and let's work on this together. Since you mentioned that you recently completed the set up process, it might be that your watch hasn't updated all its features and details. I'd recommend to restart your watch, wait a few days and then try adjusting the stats that appear on the Today app one more time. If the issue persists, don't hesitate to let me know.
By the way, I've moved your post to this new thread so you can have more chances to receive help from the Community.

Hi @SunsetRunner
Same thing happened to my new replacement Versa paired to Android phone and restarting didn't help. I managed to fix it by: 1) Unpairing and deleting the watch from the app, 2) Updating the Fitbit app on Google Play and finally, 3) Setting up and going through the entire installation process again. Hope this helps.
