Exercise logging stops and data is gone

I am using my versa since it was released, I am happy with it even with some issues.

But the last week during Exercise (at least 3 times now), simply it restarts or simply stop logging and nothing is logged !!!!!!

I restarted it many times and try to Sync it before exercise but it keep on happening !!

I think you need to try a factory reset and if it doesnt improve after that, contact Support (link in my signature) Leg us know what happens
