Exercise minutes don’t sync correctly

I went for a bike ride today and tracked it with my versa. My ride was for 41min and I can see it in the exercise section with the correct time but on my dashboard it only shows 27 min of exercise for the day 😞 why won’t it sync correctly? Please help.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with your bike ride details not showing correctly on the dashboard. I understand that your ride was for 41 minutes. Please confirm if 27 minutes you see on the dashboard refer to the active minutes you earned for this activity? The active minutes are awarded when the activity you're doing or logging is more strenuous than regular.
