Hi
I went for a run yesterday and used my fitbit to track, for some reason it did not load to my fitbit app. I have uninstalled and re installed the app, turned the Bluetooth on and off. Restarted my watch and re started my phone.
I am out of ideas. Anyone know how I can sort this problem please? I don't know if it's worth mentioning that my watch has been off for a few weeks, I re charged it then went for a run. Not sure if that has any thing to do with it?

Hi @Jody23V has all the step count loaded correctly?
Did you manually start the run activity on the watch, or let fitbit decide what you are doing?
