Yesterday I worked out at the gym on the same elliptical machines that I always use (and same time) and for some reason it is not showing up on under the active minutes section on the app. Only one of the two sets of elliptical exercise that I did is registering and only shows 20 calories burned. I have done everything that has been suggested, turned my versa off and restarted, deleted the app and re installed, unpaired the versa from bluetooth and reconnected, synced my versa with the dashboard from my computer and nothing has worked. I know I can manually enter the exercise in but I don't want to have to do that every time. Any suggestions????

Hi, this once and a while happens. In 98% of the exercises, mine are accurately logged, but sometimes, like today, it misses one of them. In my case it was an exercise which lasted IMO at least 25 minutes. Nothing to worry about, only if it keeps on doing that you should be worried and we have to think about a solution for that, which is almost all the times several restarts of your Versa.

@Christinaaleman You mention that only one of the workouts was autorecognized, but you weren't credited active minutes and burned only 20 kcal. That might suggest that there was an issue with heart rate recording. Both calories burned and active minutes are dependent on HR. Please open Settings app on your Versa, scroll down to Heart Rate and toggle OFF and back ON with a reboot of the tracker in-between. To reboot, please press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears. Also, just in case, please open Fitbit mobile app, tap on Account icon (looks like a business card), scroll down to Exercise, tap it, and go to Elliptical. Toggle OFF and back ON and make sure it's set to 10+ minutes. Sync.
