I have been having issues where I complete a work out and I sync my app to my Versa but the exercise tracker tile doesn’t update. I have tried restarting my Versa and that didn’t do anything. Any idea of how to fix this?

Hi, maybe a stupid question: did you activate Exercise in the Today screen?Swip up from the bottom of your screen and the Today screen is displayed. You can activate up to 7 activities, is Exercise one of them? If not, press settings in the Today screen and activate it. If Exercise is activated, restart your Versa several times to try and slove the problem. Some problems are only solved after more than one restart. Hope this helps.

@Kelsie11 do you mean exercise tile in the Fitbit mobile app or on your Versa (within Today app - when you swipe up on the main screen)? In either case, try reinstalling Fitbit mobile app, rebooting Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears) and sync. It may take several syncs to update the tiles. Be patient. 👍🏻

It’s in the app that it doesn’t update. It recognizes me walking around my work for 20 min as exercise but a real workout at the gym it won’t recognize

@Kelsie11 so we're talking about smarttrack (exercise autorecognition). Fitbit can autorecognize walking, running, elliptical, sports, outdoor biking, swimming, and aerobic workout. What type of exercise are you performing in a gym? Open Fitbit mobile app, tap account icon in the top right corner (looks like a business card), scroll down to Exercise, tap on the exercise you want Fitbit to autorecognize and toggle the autorecognition OFF/ON. Also, make sure that time is set to 10+ minutes. Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears.
