How can I set the face to stay lit for at least one minute?

The maximum you can set within the Versa settings is 20 seconds. There are certain watchfaces in the Fitbit app gallery which allow you to keep the the display on for longer. Unfortunately I couldn't tell you which ones, so you will need to browse the app gallery and read the descriptions of the faces to see which ones offer this though. Bare in mind that keeping the display on for longer periods of time will have an effect on battery life.
