I’ve had my Fitbit versa lite since June. It’s been on and off losing “connection” with my phone but I didn’t think it was an actual issue. Yesterday morning around 11 I started the newest update for my Fitbit, I left it to do its thing. A few hours later I see it staying exactly where I left it on the logo screen 1/4 ish of it blue the rest black. So I tried to “finish update” and it hasn’t worked AT ALL. It’s either stuck on that screen or a red X telling me to re-sync BUT IT WONT! I can’t get it to sync back to my device or finish the update so basically useless! And my hubby got it for me because I really need to watch my heart rate and sleep.... I have restarted the Fitbit and my phone many times, turned on and off Bluetooth etc. Googled and tried all the major suggestions on there.... I am very disappointed and would like help ASAP. I’m a busy mom and don’t have time to sit on the phone with anyone unfortunately. Please help 🙁

I have had the same problem. My Versa Lite started to update on Sat (11/16) and since it won't connect to my phone. The first time it attempted to update the screen filled up 90% blue then the update failed. Any attempt since has resulted in no progress.
