FITBIT VERSA SLEEP MONITORING

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My new Versa will not monitor my sleep before midnight, only after midnight. I have the target sleep goal set at 10PM - 7AM, I've tried both "sensitive' & "normal" settings, and I've even tried telling it to "start sleep now" - still no record of sleep until the next calendar day begins. Yes, I do fall asleep before midnight. Any thoughts??? Thanks in advance.

@gspatafore known bug. Remove target sleep bedtimes. Also stick to Normal sensitivity setting.

@gspatafore If you're asking this question then probably you haven't set them up. Just in case though, open fitbit app, tap on the sleep tile, tap on the settings icon (gear cog icon in the top right corner) that will take you to sleep goals. Clear any presets that were entered there.
