Hi, I just Factory Reset my Fitbit Versa, and now when I'm trying to do a fresh setup (to add as a device in the Fitbit App), the versa doesn't show up in the bluetooth list. i'm not able to proceed further in the setup process, if any one has a resolution for this, please help.
Thanks and Regards.

I don't know what "bluetooth list" you are referring to.
Did you get to 'Set up a Device' in the app? Is the list of devices there what you are referring to?
What steps, if any, have you been able to do in the setup process?

You should be logged into the app in the same account you have been using. After you start 'Set up a Device', it should be showing a list of all the possible Fitbit devices with no regard to bluetooth. Does it not do that? This is without even thinking about bluetooth.

There is no way of ever turning off bluetooth on a Fitbit tracker, other than doing shutdown of whole device. If tracker is on, assume its bluetooth is also on. It happens occasionally, when setting up a tracker, that it doesn't give a 4-digit pin. In that case, you just have to try again, or wait awhile then try again. Also sometimes helps to move any other bluetooth devices further away, and/or turn off bluetooth on them. Also could try re-booting phone - I forget if you said you have done that.
I have never had a case where it did any good to be concerned about bluetooth, or looking on phone for bluetooth connections. I just let Fitbit handle all that.

this is actually what happened to me as well. The bluetooth list is something that shows up in iPhone setting under Bluetooth. So when we go look to turn on or off the bluetooth we see the list. So it is just another place we can see if it is pairing. I have tried everything that has been suggested on these boards. Nothing has worked. Will be getting an apple watch because this is not acceptable.
