Versa 3 screen popped off

I have a Versa 3.  No real complaints other than when Google took over I cannot enter the Exercise option from watch. 
anyway, last weekend I took a big fall on a city street.  When the paramedics were done with me I noticed that a corner of my Versa bezel was raised up.  The seal had broken.  But the watch face looked normal.  I put a piece of tape across it to hold it. However, over next few days, the clock face and menus started ‘washing out’, first at corner that raised up, but now whole face.  Barely can make out the time. 
so I took the tape off (gently) and the whole bezel came up with just some of the black seal holding on with strands. 
I thought I would just superglue the bezel down, but with this fading screen, what can I do first before sealing it back down?
