Hi @Tracyaddo17, welcome to the community.

I would first suggest restarting your Versa by following the steps here, and also restarting your phone. Then see if you can connect to the Versa. A factory reset would be the absolute last resort.

Thank U but sadly I have done all that and still nothing and when I now try
to reconnect with it it tells me to type in the four digit code to connect
and the code won't show. All that shows is unlock with your pH.

Ok in that case it looks as though the factory reset is the only option. Seeing as you have no access to the device, you would need to perform the hardware (button press) factory reset. Please ensure you follow the steps closely as if not done properly the device will restart rather than reset.

Hardware factory reset

On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This will trigger the 2-button hardware restart after about eight seconds.

- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, whilst continuing to hold the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.

- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.

- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

This is not working for me. Do you let go of the bottom right but after the logo disappears or when it reappears? Please help!

Brilliant thanks it works for a pin locked Versa that’s been unpaired where through the app you can’t re add it because you can’t see the four letter code  - I tried several similar solutions but your advice to get the timing right was the answer. I held all three buttons and as soon as the Fitbit logo disappeared for the very first time I quickly released the bottom right making sure I didn’t let go of the other two by using my other hand to keep them firmly pressed eventually the screen went black. I released the buttons and after a while the screen went to the first time set up screen saying ‘Download the Fitbit app’ and I was able to set it up again.  I made sure it was fully charged as the Set Up process asks you to do this. Now we are back in track and ready to go!
