I had trouble ready text messages on my versa so after trying all suggestions and getting nowhere i did the factory reset. Now all it shows is data not cleared sync and try again.  I have tried to sync but get no results. What should i do?

Hi, after a factory reset, you will need to setup your Versa with your Fitbit app as if it is the first time after buying it.
