Failure to record some data

Fitbit versa 3 just received 082422 never recording heart rate variability or skin temp despite me wearing every night every night  All other data recording fine on nightly data

Hi, @SunsetRunner in order to get this info Fitbit needs to determine your baseline.  It seems that you have only had it 3 nights.  That is the minimum period, so you should be getting this data soon - possibly tomorrow, but don’t worry if it takes another few days in order to establish your baseline.

You will see this info soon in your health metrics tile.

Thank you so much for responding to my question. I guess I did not read the manual well enough on my Fitbit to realize it might take days for all info on new Fitbit to come thru
