I used my Versa very carefully. Never went in water with it. Still one day there was a firmware update and after that my watch never started.
There is no way to reinstall the firmware.
There is no way to reset except from the device.
There are no option to repair it at all.
Customer support dont even try to resolve the issue. After requesting also I did not get feedback as they were aware I am not going to give good feedback.
There is no way to raise complaint.
Pathetic service. They dont even care about customers and sell poor quality of product.
Its better to get some cheap smart watch at least that works better than FitBit

Hi Ricardo,
As I mentioned I did not get any satisfactory support from customer service, infect they asked me to throw the watch and buy new with just 25% discount.
If $179 watch works just for 1.5 years its waste to invest money in it. I am not the only one there are so many people on community complaining the same. How you are not working to resolve such a common problem complained by so many users?
