I bought three different Fitbit Versas, and all of them stopped working within a year. Fitbit has a warranty policy for 1 year. We requested another watch, and what do they do? They send us a trash refurbished watch that lasted only a few months. We called them again, and they said the warranty policy has expired, as it starts from the old device. The customer service was terrible. They slapped a small discount and kept reiterating their warranty policy. They told us that they couldn’t help at all. It is understandable for one watch to malfunction, but when three watches stop working within the warranty period, it is an anomaly. What’s even worse is that they told us that they give refurbished watches as replacements. These refurbished ones don’t last; they only bring you out of the warranty period. Do not buy any Fitbit products.
