Feedback about Versa syncing issue

My Fitbit was not syncing and I have had this issue in the past. Normally an easy fix but not this time. I started to notice when it wouldn’t sync the time would be off so I tried to sync and reset it last week and wasted several hours over the last week because nothing is working. I did three factory resets and have gone through the forums doing everything, delete the app, remove from Bluetooth, I even tried to set it up on a totally different android phone thinking it was due to my Apple devices but nothing. After reading all the forums I see this is a common issue with The Versa and wish I had done more research before the upgrade. It is unfortunately an expensive regrettable purchase that has had a very short life span.
I have been a faithful Fitbit user since 2012 and had no issues with my previous two Fitbit products. When I bought my Fitbit, a little less than two years ago, I had the option between it and an Apple Watch. I went with Fitbit because of how reliable the previous two purchases were and I really did love Fitbit. I will definitely not be making another purchase from Fitbit and I will be sure to tell everyone about my experience with this product. Just looking at the first page on this forum you can see there are some major issues with Versa and I see the Versa Lite as well.

What I want and need is my Fitbit to work and additionally answers to what Fitbit is going to do when there are so many of us having the same issue. What’s frustrating is the hours I have wasted trying to get my Versa to work. You can see by my account that I have used Fitbit since 2012. When I bought my Versa I had the choice of it or an Apple Watch. I choose Fitbit and now I am starting to regret that decision.
