Fibit Versa stopped displaying/vibrating for notifications.

Hi,

 

I have a Fitbit Versa paired with a Samsung S9. My Fitbit would display and vibrate notification as soon as I receive them, however, this has stopped now. If I get a notification, it does not vibrate nor does the screen turns on. I only get to know that I have notifications once I open the phone or scroll down the notification bar in my Fitbit.

 

Did anyone experience this? suggested solution?

Note: I tried restarting my phone and Fitbit, no luck.
