My fiance, my sister and I all have the same Fitbit versus tracker. We all three work together cleaning houses. They get 200 to 300 active minutes most days, and I get 20. What is going on? How can I get my active minutes to register

@Temby There is likely a slight difference in the way each of you work and move.  To earn active minutes, you have to be continuously moving for 10+ minutes at a certain intensity level. So for example sake, if you were intensely moving and cleaning for 8 minutes, but then stopped for a few minutes to check your phone or fold some towels, you will not earn any active minutes for that time period because you did not maintain the intensity for a full 10 minutes.

In case you haven't read it yet, there is a good explanation of active minute logic here.
