versa problem

my versa is counting false steps and screen lighting on by itself, just went back to the shop to exchange one, same problem still here. i want accurate steps count and not adding false steps. anyone know if ionic would be better with less problems? i went thru the forum and there are problems of steps too. or fitbit is just meant not for me?

@angieng87 I was getting some false steps working at my desk. I solved my issue by continuing to wear my Versa on my non-dominant arm, but changing the Wrist setting in the app to dominant.  This made it less sensitive to small movements.
