Firmware update wont open. Wifi on, battery full....suggestions?

Mine has says "Updating your fitbit Versa" for over an hour with no progress. Full battery, right next to my router. Hopefully someone from fitbit will comment on our threads soon!

My Versa updated, but the phone app thought it wasn't done yet. Rebooted phone, forced a sync, and it's good now.

I'm doing mine on the Ionic right now on the computer, any chance you could get access to a computer to do the update?

If you have 2.4 ghz and 5g wifi make sure you're on 2.4 ghz wifi. And in the fitbit app, go to wifi and check and make sure there's no problem there. You won't know unless you actually tap wifi settings and look. Best of luck!
