I have been trying to update my versa with the firmware update and it has been multiple hours and still not updating. It just shows the loading updating screen but it never completes I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app restarted the update process multiple times and still no headway is being made on updating my versa.

I would do a Factory Reset which starts all over again including loading the latest firmware update. Swipe left to Settings, then About and then Factory Reset.

Hi, so I have factory reset my versa but now when it turns on it gives me the instructions to download the Fitbit app which I did and the versa now will not sync up with the app/my phone just keeps giving me an error message

Hi, maybe the instructions in this topic are helpfull for you regarding updating to the newest Firmware.
