Had my Fitbit Versa a week, which I love, but the sleep graphs are all the old ones bar one day in the middle of the week where it showed the deep sleep etc. Why is this happening, any help appreciated.

Not sure with the Versa but I have that problem with my Charge 3 once in a while... sometimes it is because I have adjusted the wrist band too tightly or it has ridden up on my wrist while I sleep and it is too tight.

Didn’t mean to tick solved, thanks for the reply.
seems more a software issue tho, as it is tracking my sleep every night, for the full night, it’s just that it’s showing the old graphs without the different sleep cycles

That is what my Charge 3 does... it shows the "old style" sleep information versus the graph.
Have to admit I get really disappointed when I see that rather than the more complete graph!

Right I got you cheers, i’v just read also that if you manually set it into sleep mode on the app which iv been doing, you’ll only get the old graph for some reason. So I need to stop this also.
Thanks for the help.
