FitBit stopped working yesterday, it was all fine through my hockey game and is at 69% battery. A couple hours after the game I noticed the black screen, tried charging it, cleaning and pressing the reset button on the side but nothing has helped. Unsure as to what has happened and it’s just over a year old so really annoying that it died already.
Same thisng hapoened with my versa yesterday night. I went to bad everything was working, iin the morning it was black, nothing. The charge was full 83%. I can't restart even restart, the button is not working either.

Best AnswerSame, my button isn’t working and I’ve tried a few times now. I wiped it down again and tried to restart a bunch of times and nothing is happening. Really annoying that it’s happened one month outside of warranty and there doesn’t seem to be any real assistance on offer. If I can’t get it working or repaired might have to invest in a different brand.
Best AnswerThe same thing has happened to mine. It was working fine until about 2 pm yesterday. Now it will not come on, it does show like an icon of my phone and a bunch of different languages. Has anyone call customer service? If so what are they saying?
Best AnswerI can’t get it to restart or turn on at all. The screen just went black and that was the end of the FitBit apparently.
