I had gotten the fitbit around the end of 2019. Everything’s been working great until the beginning of this year, I didn’t use it as much and it died. I tried charging it again but it wasn’t working figured it was an issue with the charger because I stepped on it a couple times so I got a new charger, now i plugged the fit bit in but it’s still showing the 0% screen when i click the home button. any solutions ?

Update: Fitbit still doesn’t work solutions didn’t work so i went ahead and bought an apple watch. Works very well so far.
