My Fitbit Versa display is not working. It started with just a few lines of various colors going down the screen but would clear up. Now, the display is either blank and will not work or there are so many colored lines going down the screen you can't see anything. I believe it is still tracking my steps and vibrates for notifications, but the display is just not working. Tried charging it and resetting - neither seemed to work. Any ideas on how to fix? This watch is only 3 months old. My Charge 2 lasted years...

Hi, seems to be a hardware issue since resetting (or do you mean restarting?) did not solve the problem. I would advice you to contact Customer Support about this issue.
