My Fitbit Versa, while still charged turned off last night and won’t turn back on. I re-charged it and held in the left button numerous times for 10 seconds and still won’t turn on. What is going on?

Hold the left and bottom right buttons together for 10 secs and see if you can get it to restart that way

I’ve seen this as a solution in other posts as well. Unfortunately I ‘ve held in the left button alone, the left and bottom right alone, and the left and both right buttons all for 10 seconds or more each and nothing! ☹️

I charge mine from my USB computer port, maybe try that.

I have to send it in to them. I might have to go back to my Apple Watch. I’ve had this Fitbit Versa since mid May. How awful!

Did you get your fitbit issue resolved? Mine just did the same thing and I've had mine since mid June.

Going through same issue second time since May. Offered Fitbit to credit price of versa and I’ll pay difference for ionic. Nope best they would do is give me a 40 percent discount on ionic. Problem with that is I have to eat the price of versa I already paid for. So now I get my third verse in 6 months and hoping doesn’t break again. Shame Fitbit doesn’t get it. Wife has Apple Watch for 2 years no problems might just be time to switch to apple. Just hate that the apple doesn’t monitor sleep or auto rec exercise
