FitBit versa Problems

I got a Versa as an early Christmas present. Since having the versa its just been one problem after another...

It doesnt take my sleep score at all, Last one was the 15th Jan 2021.

Doesnt sync to the app properly, then when there is an update the thing dont want too update.

 

I have already Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have hard reset my versa as well as reset my phone. I have tried on my computer too update but it just dont want too do anything. I have called Customer Services yesterday and spoke to someone who was brilliant and very helpful, but then when I tried to update my versa it just keeps saying it cant find it.

Im very disappointed because I absolutely LOVE my versa but with all the connection issues Im having Im wondering weather its worth all this hassle?

There's a bug in the last Fitbit App update for Android phones which stops phones syncing, Hopefully they will issue a fix soon.
