Fitbit App unable to find the device after factory reset

After I factory reset my Versa 2, the screen shows `download Fitbit App`, then it stays there, nothing can be done.

When I open Fitbit App on my iPhone, try to add a new device, follow the instructions to charge the tracker, and search... it is always showing `Not found`.

Tried a lots of ways, turn on/off bluetooth, restart iPhone, restart Versa 2, no luck.

Now my Versa 2 becomes a brick, totally I don't trust Fitbit any longer.. so frustrating
