My Versa Lite recently stopped working and I was sent a replacement. On the app I removed the old devise, synced the new one, and got to personalizing my Fitbit when I ran into multiple roadblocks. When I pull up the Fitbit app and try to download new clock faces or apps, the screen is stuck in a perpetual loading mode, with the loading circle continuously moving but without ever connecting to the path. The rest of the app works fine, just not this part. Is it the new devise or is the app faulty?
