Best AnswerGood luck! A lot of people are having syncing problem which is probably why you can't get bluetooth connection. My connection has not been more than a few hours at anyone time over the past 4 days, and no one can explain why its happening
Best AnswerHave you tried restarting the watch by holding the left button and bottom right button in till the fitbit logo comes up (About 10 seconds)?
Then you could try restarting your phone.
How many paired devices do you have on your phone?

Best AnswerIn your phone settings open the Bluetooth settings, see if there are Fitbit devices there - if there are, select them (On mine it's the normal settings cog thing) and Forget them
See if that helps

Best AnswerWould you suggest I go into Settings on my phone and try setting up the device again? It will ask me if I'm replacing my Versa even though I didn't get thru the setup the first time.
Best AnswerI'm having the same exact issue. A fee days ago, my watch stopped syncing. I forgot the device on my phone but now can't get it to reconnect. When I click on versa in my Bluetooth, it either tells me incorrect pin or it tells me the Fitbit Bluetooth services are busy.
I've restarted the watch, the app, my phone and nothing can get this watch connected .
