I am trying to setup my new Versa and it is telling me "Fitbit Bluetooth Services are full"  Because of that it can't seem to find my Versa, yet it shows up in available devices.

Good luck! A lot of people are having syncing problem which is probably why you can't get bluetooth connection. My connection has not been more than a few hours at anyone time over the past 4 days, and no one can explain why its happening

Have you tried restarting the watch by holding the left button and bottom right button in till the fitbit logo comes up (About 10 seconds)?

Then you could try restarting your phone.

How many paired devices do you have on your phone?

Yes I tried restarting the Versa and the phone. I only have 3 devises
paired. It just continues to search for Fitbit Versa.
The correct wording is Fitbit services are busy.

I had trouble keeping it paired to my Bluetooth when I first got it too.

but after I did the factory reset on the watch I haven’t had any trouble with it.

In your phone settings open the Bluetooth settings, see if there are Fitbit devices there - if there are, select them (On mine it's the normal settings cog thing) and Forget them

See if that helps

Versa is there and it still tells me Fitbit Services are busy. Try again
later.

Is the factory reset holding the left and bottom right button in for about
10 seconds? If so, that didn't work for me.

No you have to go under settings on the watch then in about it shows the factory reset. Then hit reset

Due to the Bluetooth stopping while trying to do the initial setup I can't
get into anything via the watch.

Once the watch is reset you have to go back in the fit app and re pick your tracker and start over. On the screen it will tell you do download the Fitbit and go from there. Once I did that I was fine. Im having horrible battery life I might have mine replaced threw amazon.

I'm not able to access anything on the watch due to Bluetooth quitting
before I had it setup.
I can only use the app and the app does not have a reset as far as I can
see.

Thanks, you are the first person to tell me that. I kind of figured that
may be the case, but it REALLY SUCKS that I can't use my new Versa!

Would you suggest I go into Settings on my phone and try setting up the device again?  It will ask me if I'm replacing my Versa even though I didn't get thru the setup the first time.

I'm having the same exact issue. A fee days ago, my watch stopped syncing. I forgot the device on my phone but now can't get it to reconnect. When I click on versa in my Bluetooth, it either tells me incorrect pin or it tells me the Fitbit Bluetooth services are busy.

I've restarted the watch, the app, my phone and nothing can get this watch connected .
