Congratulations on your recently purchased Fitbit Versa. I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with the Fitbit Coach app. I appreciate the information that you receive a message that the app cannot be updated. I recommend to connect the watch to Wi-Fi and then try to complete the process. For steps to connect the watch to Wi-Fi, please see this help article: How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?

No, it will still not download. I have once again, reconnected it to WiFi, deleted the Fitbit app, reset the watch, disconnected Bluetooth... nothing. Fitbit coach continues to try to download and simply buffers...draining the battery. Since the watch came with this app I can not delete it or shut it off even though I have NO use for Fitbit Coach. I get the same message...unable to update/download some apps. Contact customer support. I am so frustrated with computer generated “ fixes” of which I had tried over and over.
