Fitbit Logo on Versa 2

Hello,
After a low battery message, my Versa 2 continuously displays the Fitbit logo. After trying to restart by holding 10 seconds on the button - no response. Tried putting it on a charger after 2 hours - no change. Is there anything else I can do or take it in for service?
