Fitbit Not Working (Help Please)!!!

I’m in need of some help. My Fitbit started having charging issues and now it’s completely dark. I’ve tried waiting for the battery to die, then charging it longer, and when that didn’t work, I went online and attempted trouble shooting it with no success. My screen went from grey to all black and now it won’t cut on at all. Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Have you done factory reset?  Do you have a 3rd party screen display or the generic 'from the box' one?  3rd party displays can & do cause all sorts of operating issues!
