My Fitbit Versa won't turn on since last night. I had just had a bath when I felt my Fitbit feel very warm all of a sudden. I took the Fitbit off and placed it on my bedside table to cool down, battery was maybe half charged. In the following morning it wouldn't turn on. I have tried doing the hard reset (holding in all 3 buttons for more than 30 seconds) and I have put it on charge but nothing is working. My Android app also doesn't connect to the Versa anymore.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Contact support https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs they have the expertise & diagnostic tools to help you resolve this.
